Pricing Errors and Inaccuracies
We work hard to ensure all information on our website is accurate, however on the rare occasion information on our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and change or update information at any time without prior notice In the event that you have purchased something that contained an error relating to product description, pricing or avalibility you would be notified at the first opportunity.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Green Goat goes to extraordinary lengths to find products that are of the highest quality, therefore if you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason simply return it for a full refund. Items must be unworn / unused and returned with tickets attached within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you in the original method of payment used less shipping charges.

You will be advised of a return address, when your goods are received (unworn / unused with tickets attached) your refund will be processed.
Your exchange will be posted to you immediately along with a pre paid satchel to return your unwanted items.
In the rare event of your goods being damaged in transit (you will be required to give photo evidence) Green Goat will promptly replace your item. If no replacement is available an exchange, refund or credit will be offered.
Green Goat Australia Pty Ltd respects your privacy and will keep all your personal details secure and confidential.
Any personal information you submit will only be used for the following purposes
- Internal record keeping
- Periodical emails informing you of new products or special offers
- Internal market research purposes
Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless required by law.
Monthly Newsletter Winner
*$100 store credit will be given away each calander month. The lucky winner will be notifed by email on the 1st of the following month (or the next business day if the 1st falls on a weekend) with instructions on how to receive their credit. You will be required to respond within 7 days of receiving my email to confirm acknowledgement and for your points to be credited to your account. You will then be given 30 days to use your points before they expire. You may purchase any items storewide, however you will be required to pay postage costs.
